How To Install A Magnetic Car Phone Holder

A magnetic car phone holder should be installed while the vehicle is parked. The goal is to create a steady, repeatable phone position that does not block visibility, controls, mirrors, or airbags.
1. Choose a firm vent blade
Pick a horizontal or vertical vent blade that feels stable. Do not use a broken, loose, circular, or unusually soft vent.
2. Push the clip into place
Line up the mount with one vent blade and push the clip straight in until it feels secure. Avoid twisting the vent hard during installation.
3. Prepare the phone
Use a MagSafe-compatible phone or magnetic case. Other phones may need a compatible magnetic ring or plate attached to the case.
4. Attach, angle, and test
Place the phone on the magnetic face, adjust the angle, then gently test the hold before driving. Reposition if the screen blocks controls or your direct road view.
